  You guys only hear customer complaints.  I purchased a new '08 Buick Enclave CXL from the second dealer I had seen, Grossinger Auto Place.   The person I saw was a 27 year old Sales Manager.  But for a 27 year old, he was really on the ball, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.  
 
  This vehicle is a great vehicle.  The '08 Enclave is a new, upgraded type of vehicle.   I took delivery on October 5th, 2007.  I made it to order, so I got exactly what I wanted.  It was a pleasure to do business with this guy at the dealership.  I am very happy with this vehicle; I got  everything I wanted in this vehicle.  I just wanted to get this to your attention.  
 
  They even sent a sales rep to my house to help me and show me the functions on the vehicle.  This is the type of dealer that people love to do business with.

  I would like to thank all of you for making this the best experience of purchasing a new vehicle.  The salesman Roy Allegretti spent 2 hours just letting my fiance and myself test drive the various models of Cadillacs.  He even sat and listened to my fiance and I argue over buying a CTS or STS.  He explained the difference of the two models.  Even the other salesmen were polite and cordial on the back to back days of deciding what to buy. Grossinger Service Department
Your Service Director even sent our STS back to be cleaned spotless.  The demo car we used for 3 days was very satisfying.  To be honest we went to "Rizza" first but they were arrogant and rude to my fiance.  Mr Doug Irvine was a joy on how smooth he handled all the paperwork and financing for us.  This was the first time out of 5 vehicles that I felt 100% secure of purchasing a vehicle.  Victor who delivered my STS sat and explained everything to my fiance.  He also went out of his way to get our antenna and the temporary plate.  Your dealership is just plainly classy and very professional.

Grossinger Service Department  Mike A. was extremely helpful.  I had to get a car on the fly and hadn't even thought about what I wanted, so he showed me everything, even though it was 4 degrees outside.  He also took my lifestyle, finances, etc. into consideration and didn't just show me any car of try to stretch my dollar, which I appreciated. 
I also was impressed by him getting my new car home that evening, since I wasn't trading my former car in.  Tom in Finance really helped me out as well, considering my financial position.  He also helped me get insurance--which I didn't ask for, so I appreciated him going above and beyond.
 
  Since then, I've gotten several forms of correspondance from managers, Mike and Tom, emails, etc. and it's nice to know that the staff treats every customer the same--whether they buy a Yaris or a 4Runner, a male or female, young or old.
